We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 15 days from the order date for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling, gift wrap, or other charges.

The item must be returned, unused or used, in good condition, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all paperwork and accessories to ensure full credit. All the returned packages with failure delivery, i.e., multiple delivery attempts, insufficient address information, or refusal, we are not responsible for the shipping and return shipping if applicable, store credit will be issued with deduction of shipping cost from the original payment according to the receipt of the returned packages.

Returning an Item. Here are the basic steps:
1. Please click here and Log in, you can see the "Return Item(S)" icon if within 15 days you purchased. Choose quantity, Return reason, Return action and write down Comments. Wating for the RMA number we provide by email. You must be get the RMA number first. Our representative will review your request within 24 hours and issue the RMA number per our return policy. They may refuse to issue RMA number is the request not following our return policy.
2. After customers get the RMA number, please marked outside of the packages obviously. Any package without RMA # will be refused. For packages refused by customers, there may be additional shipping cost charged by carrier.
3. The return package need to including your order number, billing name,Email address, phone number and mail address.
4. All products must be returned by used or unused, in good condition, in original boxes (whenever possible), with all paperwork to ensure the refund (Shipping fee is not refundable).
5. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We can not accept C.O.D. deliveries.
Note: For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or USPS (insured) for your return.

Keep Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 days of our receiving your returned product(s).

Damaged/Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact a Customer Service Representative within 7 days of delivery or call 888-900-8669 (Pacific time 09:00 am ~ 05:00 pm). Please supply the Customer Service Representative with your order number and item number from your original confirmation e-mail. The Representative may also need your e-mail address and phone number etc. will make every reasonable effort to replace the item in a timely manner.

If there is extensive damage to the packaging, contact a Customer Service Representative immediately or call 888-900-8669 (Pacific time 09:00 am ~ 05:00 pm). Please have your order number and other information available when you contact the Customer Service Representative.


Shipping and Handling Charges will NOT charge any customer with Hidden fees on their order. All fees and charges will be calculated and displayed after you have entered your shipping information and selected your shipping method. In order for our system to display an accurate shipping fee, please be sure to enter the correct shipping method. Otherwise, your order will be delayed. Please review the details of your order and inform us of any mistakes so that we can expedite the processing of your order.

Orders usually take 1 ~ 2 business day for processing

1. Local Pick Up. $5.00 for handling fee. (Office Address: Los Angeles, California USA)(For insurance renson, We can not provide this service temporary)
2. Ground Shipping. $8.00 flat rate for US 50 States.  (2 to 7 business days for delivery)
3. Express or Internatioanal Shipping may variety.  (for US or Internatioanal address) (Please read our International order policy below)

Shipping Terms & Conditions
All orders to be processed within approximately one or two BUSINESS days, provided the items are in stock and there are no problems with the payment verification. (Processing time for special order item, i.e. Costume, etc. depends on the vendors transit time, normally within 72 hours) does not guarantee same day shipping. Orders may not be processed on weekends and holidays. Orders placed on Friday may be processed on the Next Monday even express, air shipment, so Ground shipment will be more economical.

In order to process your order smoothly, we strongly recommend you to use the same address for your shipping address and billing address. Otherwise, your order will be delayed for further verification.

We offer Free Ground or Free Standard Shipping for shipping within the 50 states if order over $999.00.

Once a package is dropped off to our carrier for delivery, we will not have any control over the package; therefore, we can not make any guarantees after this point. In cases of errors or delays caused by the shipping carrier, we will help resolve the dispute at our best ability, yet we will not be held responsible or liable. may requires an adult signature on any package over $300.00 in value.

To CANCEL or MODIFY your order, please contact us or call 888-900-8669. BEFORE 2pm PST. We will try to help, however during company regular order processing procedure, we can not guarantee any cancellation and modification.

Please note: (1) we do NOT accept EMAIL ORDER CANCELLATION; (2) we will not be able to cancel or modify your order after order has been processed (normally 2pm PST every day).

International Order Policy
We are not able to provide destination country tax and duty charge if occurred.

Please check any restrictions, duties, taxes and any other fees which are collected from your country before you place the order. will NOT be responsible for any of the above Duties and Fees.

If the order arrives at your country and any of the following occur:

1. The customer refuses to accept the package.
2. No attempt is made in the country of destination to deliver the package. reserves the right to abandon the package(s) and WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE for any refund.
